Mariama Attah curated an image from Flora Imperfecta (see above, right) into this installment of Der Greif's Guest Room online exhibition series. I love Attah's framework for the selections (designed collaboratively with Daniel C. Blight): "Bodies of Knowledge pulls together their shared areas of interest of representation, empathy and overlooked communities, but can extend to how we come to “know” photography/images, and also calls for new types of knowledge to be created with respect to different ways of looking and seeing."
